Find the limits of a web server
We used Webserver Stress Tool to find the limits of a web server. We requests a simple HTML page every 2 seconds in a ramp test from 0 to 4,000 users.
In the chart you can see that the test went well until about 1,000 simultaneous users. Hits per second went up to 550 hits per second, but could not get any more clicks from this webserver while we increased the number of users further to 4,000 users.
