QoS (Quality of Service) One Way
The QoS (Quality of Service) One Way sensor monitors parameters regarding the quality of a network connection between two probes. It sends a series of UDP packets from the source probe to a target probe and can show the following parameters:
- Minimum, maximum, and average jitter
- Minimum, maximum, and average packet delay variation
- The number of corrupted, duplicated, and lost packets
- The time to last packet
QoS (Quality of Service) Round Trip
The QoS (Quality of Service) Round Trip sensor monitors parameters regarding the quality of a network connection between two probes. It sends a series of UDP packets from the source probe to a target probe at the end of the connection line. Then, the target probe sends the packets back to the source probe. It can show the following parameters:
- Minimum, maximum, and average jitter
- Minimum, maximum, and average packet delay variation
- Minimum, maximum, and average RTT
- The number of corrupted, duplicated, and lost packets
- The MOS
SIP Options Ping
The SIP Options Ping sensor monitors the connectivity to a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server using SIP options "ping". It can show the following parameters:
- The response code
- The response time
Cisco IP SLA
The Cisco IP SLA sensor monitors VoIP network parameters using IP service level agreements from Cisco. It can show the following parameters:
- The average jitter between source and destination and vice versa
- The minimum, maximum, and average latency between source and destination and vice versa
- The minimum, maximum, and average RTT
- The ICPIF
- The number of late, lost, and out-of-sequence packets
- The MOS
SNMP Cisco CBQoS
The SNMP Cisco CBQoS sensor monitors network parameters using Cisco's Class Based Quality of Service (CBQoS). It can show the following parameters:
- The current and maximum queue depth
- The number of drop and pre-policy packets
- The drop, post policy, and pre-policy size
