Paessler Launches dedicated North American MSP Program led by Channel Veteran Joe Paquet
Chicago, IL, April 15, 2025 — Paessler GmbH, a leading provider of IT and IoT monitoring solutions, announces the launch of its first-ever dedicated Managed Service Provider (MSP) program for North America. The program is designed to help MSPs grow their businesses through a scalable, predictable, and profitable model.
To spearhead this initiative, Paessler has appointed Joe Paquet as the Sales Manager of its new MSP Program in North America. Paquet, an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in channel sales and leadership, joins Paessler after previously serving as Head of Channels, Americas at Lansweeper, a leading IT asset management software provider.
In his new role, Paquet will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting new and existing Paessler MSP customers. His focus will be on helping MSPs leverage Paessler’s PRTG software observability and management capabilities to drive success and create long-term growth strategies.
