Follow these steps for a workaround:
- Under Configure Apps search for the Server > Server tab and delete it.
(Server name is in this format: "<Environment Name>::<Azure VM name>") - Click Link Azure Servers to try to add the Azure VM from the Environments tab again.

Quick fix
It is simple deploying apps for the Azure App Service, but sometimes you end up with a sad (and rather cryptic) 502, 503 or another 5xx error when starting the app, when things don't go as planned.
These problems are tricky to debug because the app has not started yet and therefore cannot display a useful error message itself. The server will then simply display a generic and hard to understand error page.

The connection was prevented due to a policy configured on your RAS/VPN server. (Error 812) This error occurs if the RADIUS server you used to authenticate the VPN client has incorrect settings or the Azure Gateway cannot reach the Radius server.
